Valentines day and Christmas are Holidays that you can also make money by making small, handmade gifts for people to give to others. Deciding what to give is not always an easy task. Your job is to make it easy for people, by making the items as well as making it easy for your customers to get your product. You will want to start selling your crafts and gifts at least a month before the Holiday. Another good rule is to start selling when the stores put up displays for each Holiday. Some items you can make are:Christmas tree ornaments, stockings, wreaths, jam, stuffed toys, greeting cards, holiday specific cookies, dried flower arrangements, confetti, costumes, & pies. You can also provide services such as growing pumpkins, decorating and clean up for parties, dressing up as the Easter Bunny, gift wrapper and much more.
